Sanlucar Club de Campo
The Sanlucar Club de Campo is one of the region’s most privileged golf clubs, in terms of its stunning views of the Costa de la Luz and clientele over the years. The club was funded and opened by prince and international businessman, D. Alfonso de Hohenloh and designed by Spanish golfing champion, Borja Queipo de Llano back in the 1950s.
These days, the 18-hole, 72 par course is as impressive as it was in its early days, with gently undulating fairways, deep bunkers, lush greens and breathtaking views over the Guadalquivir River and national park.
HANDY HINTS
Hole 7, par 4 is one of the most difficult on the course due to its tight drive with hazards on both sides, dog leg to the left and an uphill approach shot towards a tricky two-tired green. The second nine holes possess more tricky water hazards.
Facilities
Clubs hire, buggy hire, hand cart hire, restaurant, bar.
Requirements
Handicap Limit: Men – 36, Women – 36
